Marine Outboard Mechanic – Full Time

About the Role

n

n
- Servicing, diagnosing and repairing outboard engines (Honda Marine & other major brands)
n
- Fit‐ups, repowers, rigging and electrical installations
n
- Troubleshooting engine performance issues
n
- Preparing boats for delivery and ensuring high workshop standards
n
- Maintaining accurate job records and communicating clearly with the service team
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience as a marine mechanic or similar mechanical trade
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem‐solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
n
- Reliable, skilled and customer‐focused
n
- Current driver's licence (boat licence highly regarded)
n
- Experience with Honda Marine is a bonus, but not essential
n
