PickleZone is a new indoor sporting venue in Springvale, VIC , dedicated to pickleball and creating a welcoming, active community.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Café/Bar all-rounder with passion for the industry and exceptional people skills to be part of great hard-working team.

This is a hands-on role covering café service, food preparation, bar service and customer service. You will play an significant role in creating a friendly and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

- Taking customer orders and operating the POS system.
- Serving coffee, smoothies, juices and alcoholic drinks.
- Preparing sandwiches, wraps and other food services.
- Maintain a clean and organised café/bar and serving area.
- Washing dishes and assisting with general cleaning.
- Following food safety,



hygiene and workplace procedures.
- Assisting with catering and events when required.
- Working efficiently during busy periods and managing multiple tasks at once.
- Genuinely enjoying people and connecting with customers

Other role notes

- The role is part time/casual with approximately 20-35 hours rostered per week
- Roster will include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- RSA preferred. RSA will be required for shifts involving alcohol service.
- Commercial kitchen and catering experience a plus.
