Interior Designer / Interior Architect - Mid level

XPACE Design Group is looking for an Interior Designer / Interior Architect

Key responsibilities

- Develop and interpret design concepts that align with company vision and client objectives
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion
- Prepare professional, high-quality presentations for clients
- Produce working drawings, schedules, check shop drawings and ensure implementation of design intent
- Support site installation and styling
- Source materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings and furniture that align with the project brief
- Work closely with consultants, suppliers, craftsmen and builders
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines

About you

- Minimum 7+ years post graduate experience
- Robust interest in luxury high end residential / mixed use projects
- CAD skills (VW + Sketchup) important but not essential
- High attention to detail
- Capable of working across multiple projects
- Able to explore ideas while working with director, designers and architects
- Collaborative with ability to take direction
