Chief Electricians are a well-established and highly regarded solar company with an outstanding reputation for quality, customer service, and industry expertise. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Inbound Solar Sales Consultant to join our team in Braeside.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solar professional who enjoys helping customers transition to renewable energy solutions and wants to work with a business that values integrity, expertise, and long-term customer relationships.

About the Role

This is an inbound sales position, meaning you will be working with qualified leads generated through our marketing channels and referral network.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding and managing inbound enquiries from residential and commercial customers
- Qualifying customers and booking site inspections
- Understanding customer energy needs and recommending suitable solar solutions
- Preparing and presenting solar proposals and quotations
- Following up leads and guiding customers through the sales process
- Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM
- Closing sales over the phone
- Achieving individual sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards





What We're Looking For

Solar industry experience is essential.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous sales experience within the solar industry
- Strong understanding of residential solar systems, batteries, and energy products
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- A professional and customer‑focused approach
- Self‑motivation and a results‑driven mindset
