Now we’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on Store Manager to take the reins at Chirnside Park

And when we say hands‑on, we mean it. This isn’t a sit‑in‑the‑office‑and‑send‑emails kind of role. You’ll be on the floor, leading from the front, building a brilliant team and making sure the store is absolutely humming.

THE GIG

Think of yourself as the CEO of your store.

You’ll own the people, the customer experience, the sales, the standards and the results — with plenty of support from the wider Daniel’s team.

You’ll:

- Lead from the front – around 35 hours each week working alongside your crew, plus dedicated admin time.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop an awesome team.
- Create the kind of store vibe where customers want to come back again…and again…and maybe grab a six-pack for later.
- Drive sales and smash KPIs across sales, wages, waste, ATV and customer experience.
- Own your roster and keep labour costs on track.
- Keep stock levels right, waste tight and displays looking ridiculously good.
- Make sure our food safety, WHS and operational standards are always spot on.
- Spot opportunities, solve problems and keep looking for ways to make your store better.

YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF…

You’re a natural leader who gets a buzz from seeing your team succeed.

You’re positive, energetic and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.

You’ve got:

- Store management or strong Assistant Manager experience in retail, QSR, hospitality or FMCG.
- A track record of leading and developing great teams.
- Commercial smarts – you understand sales, wages, waste and what makes a store profitable.
- A love of targets and the determination to beat them.
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills.
- High standards when it comes to customer experience, food safety and WHS.
- The flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends so you know and lead your whole team.

Most importantly, you bring energy, ownership and personality. We can teach you our donuts.
