Requirements

- Certificate 3 in Sports Turf Management or highly experienced
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Golf Course Maintenance
- Capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekend shifts




- Demonstrated reliability, motivation, and a robust work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team
- Excellent communication skills
- Chemical Accreditation
- Proficiency in operating a diverse range of turf machinery
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience in chemical and fertilizer application
- Familiarity with irrigation systems
- Capacity to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Team-oriented mindset
- Punctuality and meticulous attention to detail
- Current Driver's License
- Understanding of OH&S; requirements on golf courses
