The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operation of the venue while assisting with ordering, staffing, service and general venue management. The role would suit a junior sommelier or experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step into management, while moving away from the intensity of a traditional busy restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the venue

Assist with ordering

Assist with staffing

Assist with service

Assist with general venue management

Work closely with brands, producers and the broader drinks industry on wine and drinks-focused events

Host and coordinate producer and bar takeovers, specialty weeks and activations such as Negroni Week
