We are seeking a Qualified Plumber to join our growing team , based in Williamstown VIC 3016. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of plumbing projects across residential and commercial properties. Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures and appliances in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective solutions, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing installations and repairs
- Test plumbing systems and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs as required
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding work scope, progress and costs
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace on all job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools and specialised plumbing equipment safely and effectively
What we're looking for
- Valid plumbing qualifications and registration with relevant Victorian authorities
- Proven experience as a qualified plumber in both residential and commercial settings
- Sound knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations and safety standards applicable in Victoria
- Proficiency with a range of plumbing tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to quality workmanship
- A current driving licence and willingness to travel to job sites within the local area
- Experience in diagnostic plumbing or specialised services would be advantageous
