What We Offer

- Full-Time Positions Available

- Excellent Pay Structure:

- $33.50 p/h base (plus weekly performance bonus)

- $45.00 p/h after 7.6 hours worked

- Saturdays $45.00 p/h for the first two hours $60.00 p/h thereon

- Weekly Performance Bonus: +$1.50 p/h on all hours worked

- Overtime Available

- Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: Start time between 5:00am & 7:30am - Typically 8-10hrs

- Saturday: Start time between 5:00am & 7:30am - Typically 4-6hrs

Drive modern, fully automatic, well-maintained trucks

About the Role





As a Concrete Agitator Driver, you will:

- Deliver premixed concrete across Melbourne

- Operate and maintain agitator trucks safely and efficiently

- Assist with general yard and plant duties

- Keep vehicles clean and presentable

- Work as part of a supportive, team-focused setting

No agitator experience? No problem — full training provided

What We’re Looking For

- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence (minimum 2 years held)

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Positive, team-oriented attitude

- Good communication skills

- Commitment to safety (OH&S;)

- Ability to work independently

- Must be available to work Saturdays
