SWAN VALLEY VET CENTRE | Full-Time Receptionist (or part-time for the right candidate)

The surgical suite features state-of-the-art technology, enabling our experienced veterinary team to deliver high-quality surgical and diagnostic services. We also provide in-house diagnostic imaging and CT services.

The opportunity

We are currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a full-time basis (can be flexible with part-time hours for the right candidate!). Our receptionist is the first point of contact for all our valued clients, so providing a high-quality client experience in person and over the phone is of the utmost importance to us. This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to gain experience in a quick-paced yet rewarding atmosphere with a remarkable team.

- At least 1 years’ experience working in customer facing position
- Experience in the animal industry is desirable,



yet not essential
- Certificate IV in veterinary nursing is ideal, but not essential
- Someone that has exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients
- An empathetic, caring person that always advocates for their patients
- An eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice
- The ability to manage a busy appointment schedule & assist with reception administration tasks.
