Snap Fitness The Gap in Brisbane is seeking a energetic Member Experience & Marketing Manager to shape member journeys, oversee Pilates programming, and lead social and local marketing as well as community events.

Reporting to the franchise owner and collaborating with the Club Manager, you will foster a welcoming culture, recruit and mentor front-of-house staff, build local partnerships, and turn first visits into lasting memberships that feel like a community.
