Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Labour Hire Division.

This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated and results-driven recruiter who can hit the ground running. You will play a key role in managing a major client account, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process while providing ongoing workforce support and account management.

This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated and results-driven recruiter who can hit the ground running. You will play a key role in managing a major client account, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process while providing ongoing workforce support and account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates

- Coordinating and conducting onsite inductions

- Managing workforce rosters and attendance

- Conducting onsite check-starts and employee support visits

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

- Responding to client workforce requirements in a timely manner





- Ensuring consistent communication with both clients and employees

- Maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within labour hire or blue-collar recruitment

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities

- The ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment and account management

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

- Flexibility to work across a range of industries and client sites
