and Enterprise Agreement queries in a professional and timely manner.* **Maintain compliance and safety standards** – Ensure quality processes and safety procedures are consistently applied within administrative functions.* **Provide general administrative support** – Assist the Administration Team Leader and broader team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.**What you'll need:**A successful teammate will have experience in:* **Administrative experience** – Minimum 1 year of experience in an administration or business support role.* **Microsoft Office proficiency** – Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications.* **Systems knowledge** – Exposure to ERP systems, with AX Dynamics experience advantageous but not essential.* **Industry understanding** – Previous experience within mining, heavy equipment, or similar operational environments and familiarity with workforce rosters highly regarded.* **Strong communication skills** – Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively support stakeholders and employees.* **High attention to detail** – Ability to maintain accuracy when handling payroll and administrative documentation.* **Relevant qualifications** – Certificate or qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline is desirable.**Interested?
