We’re seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join a reputable manufacturing company located in Melbourne’s Bayside and southeastern suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work in a stable, team-oriented environment.
Schedule: Mon - Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Payrate: $33.93 per hour
Mixing and Sheeting Department
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery used in the production of rubber and polymer plastic products.
- Mixing and bagging carbon black and synthetic materials to produce rubber.
- Place correct stamping tool to identify what rubber has been extruded.
- Monitor machinery, mix compound ingredients.
- Safely handle knives for rubber cutting.
- Remove creases, and re-roll liners.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Contribute to a productive and positive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in machine operation within a manufacturing setting.
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
- Current Police Check and Driver’s Licence.
- Strong time management, reliability, and work ethic.
- Safety-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Team player who can also work independently.
