Underground and surface heavy diesel fitter - breakdowns, scheduled services, drill fitting and plenty other duties

Work is rotated across the crew so you get variety and exposure to different equipment and tasks

Specialise across a large fleet of underground and surface mining equipment and OEM brands including Sandvik, Normet, CAT, Epiroc and Volvo

Join a team of skilled, well-trained tradespeople in a well-equipped and well-run workshop

What You'll Need

n

n
- Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent) with experience on heavy machinery - earthmoving, civil, underground or open cut mining
n
- Manual driver's licence with experience driving a manual vehicle
n
- Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug & alcohol test
n
- Physically fit and comfortable working underground in hot, humid conditions when required
n
- A team player with a good attitude, robust communication and a willingness to learn
