Blind Installer – Full time | Up to $85K + overtime | No Weekends

Salary: Up to $85,000 (Based on experience)

Hours: Monday–Friday | Full-Time Opportunity but will begin with 3 month casual to ensure fit

We’re a well-established window furnishings company looking to bring on an additional experienced Blind Installer to support our growing workload which also increases over the Christmas period particularly for more specialised installations like motorisation, high-access jobs, and custom solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Installing indoor and outdoor blinds, curtains, shutters, and motorised systems
- Completing high-access installations (ladders/scaffolding, etc.)
- Troubleshooting and adjusting on-site as needed
- Working closely with customers to ensure a clean, professional finish




- Occasionally assisting with warehouse/assembly work when needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience with blind/shutter installation or similar trades a plus
- Confident with hand tools and power tools – this is non-negotiable
- Comfortable working at heights and learning motorised systems
- Full Driver’s license (mandatory - automatic OK)
- Willingness to obtain a police check if required
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and attitude
- A team player who also works well independently

- Up to $85,000 salary (depending on experience & capability)
