About the Role

n

As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent and making successful placements across your specialist vertical or territory. You'll become a trusted expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service while developing new business and driving revenue.

What You'll Do

- Develop new business and generate job orders
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
- Source, assess and manage high quality candidates
n
- Present your most placeable candidates to employers
n




- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to placementDevelop your own network and market expertise within your chosen vertical
n
- Collaborate with your team and contribute to a culture of excellence
n

What You Bring

n

n
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience or 3+ years of B2C sales experience
n
- Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
n
- Robust communication and relationship building skills
n
- A results driven mindset and strong sense of urgency
n
- Commercially minded with a genuine appetite for business development
n
- A passion for recruitment and helping people succeed
n
- The ambition and entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow your own desk

Remuneration

n

$55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
