An exciting opportunity is available for a high-calibre retail leader to step into a Store Manager role with Bevmarks in our Eastern Showrooms.

We are seeking someone with the maturity, sales leadership, and operational discipline to run a successful store properly with a focus on sales mentorship and supporting the team to achieve their sales objectives.

The opportunity

As Store Manager, you will take responsibility for the showroom’s sales performance, customer experience, team culture and operational standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading from the front on the showroom floor





Driving individual and team sales performance

Coaching and developing staff to improve skill, confidence and results

Managing store presentation, stock awareness and daily operations

Overseeing opening and closing procedures and general showroom discipline

Helping customers make confident purchasing decisions

Building a strong, accountable and positive team culture

Ensuring the store reflects the standards expected of the Bevmarks brand

The ideal candidate

This role will suit a proven store leader who is commercially focused, people-oriented and genuinely energised by achievement.

You will likely have:

- Solid experience in retail store management
- A background in furniture, bedding, big-box or another high-ticket retail setting
- Strong sales capability and the confidence to close
- A practical leadership style that combines support with accountability
- The ability to coach others and lift overall store performance
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Resilience, initiative and a genuine work ethic
