cohealth is seeking an Alcohol and Other Drugs- AOD Mental Health Worker in Victoria to join a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed, community-based mental health care. You will help people access the right support at the right time and collaborate with local services to improve wellbeing.

The role focuses on AOD assessments, safety planning, brief interventions and group-based psychoeducation, with an emphasis on cultural safety and client-centred approaches.
