Calling all fashion-focused retail leaders! This well-known womenswear retailer is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing store in Miranda. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader who loves fashion, develops people and is motivated by driving strong sales and commercial roles.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll take ownership of your store's performance, team culture and customer experience. You'll lead from the front, coach your team and ensure the store consistently delivers against sales, KPIs and operational targets.

This is a full time role, on a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales, KPIs, wages and overall store performance
- Recruit, onboard and develop team members
- Manage rosters effectively to meet business needs
- Conduct performance management and provide ongoing feedback
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Build genuine relationships with your team and diverse customer base




- Stay across current fashion trends and bring a strong commercial mindset to the role

What They're Looking For

- Has previous Store Management experience within fashion retail
- Has a proven ability to achieve sales, KPI and wage targets
- Is passionate about coaching and developing teams
- Has experience managing performance and providing constructive feedback
- Is a confident and engaging communicator
- Has strong roster management and operational skills
- Understand visual merchandising and fashion trends
- Is flexible and comfortable with weekends, late-night trading and public holidays when required
- Is passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience
