The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is seeking a Senior Practice Leader to promote effective practice in disability and offender management within residential settings, reporting to the Manager, Service and Practice Development.
You will support the Therapeutic Feedback Model (TFM) which is central to the RTF therapeutic communities, and coordinate reflective practice for staff across the RTF to ensure best practice and positive outcomes for clients.
