BIG4 Melbourne Holiday Park are seeking to fill our Park Managersposition in Coburg, Melbourne Victoria to lead our team.

BIG4 Melbourne Holiday Park is a busy tourist only park located in Melbourne Victoria 9km from the City.

We are seeking a live-in office management couple to fill this position.

Accommodation is available or alternatively applicants can have own caravan for accommodation. Only suitable for 2 people. Sorry not suitable for pets.

Previous caravan park or hospitality management experience essential.

About the Role

Responsible for the day to day running and operation of the park

HR - Lead, manage and motivate front office, grounds/maintenance and housekeeping teams to maximise results

Financial management - work with ownership team to control operating costs and budgets

Manage and maintain the accommodation and facilities to the highest possible standards

Represent and promote our company

Attending to after-hours call outs

What You'll Bring to our Team

You will need to be a strong leadership couple who will actively contribute and lead the team to manage our business to strengthen it's performance and staff culture.





Qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or similar

Confident in running an inner city tourist only park

Practical experience in managing a holiday/caravan park

Competent financial accounting, budgeting and reconciliation skills

Strong administration, written and verbal skills

Experience with RMS reservation system or similar essential

Ability to work autonomously and think independently

Ability to think in terms of commercial and financial outcomes, and value enhancement

Trade skills would be advantageous

Both roles are hands on positions with rostered 76 hour fortnights plus on-call duties
