What You'll Do:
- Operating and monitoring dairy manufacturing equipment (e.g., liquid and powder mixing and blending equipment, food product dryers, pasteurisers, fillers, and packaging machines)
- Collaborate with maintenance with regards to routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running smoothly
- Following safety and food quality guidelines at all times
- Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining product integrity
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a machine operator (experience in the food industry is highly regarded)
- Minimum 1-2 years of machine operator experience
- Experience working in Hygienic clean environment - HACCP and GMP on site
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a team
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends when needed (Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift and Night Shift)
