Key Responsibilities

n

- Deliver warm, professional service while efficiently checking guests in and out.
n
- Assist with night operations and deliver a warm, personalised welcome experience for guests.
n
- Step up to cover Night Manager days off, overseeing all night operations and ensuring safety and security of guests, staff,



and property.
n
- Monitor and support the performance of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments overnight.
n
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain service standards and resolve operational issues.
n
- Complete accurate night audit tasks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
n
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in front office or night audit roles within a hotel environment.
n
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process guest transactions and complete nightly audit reports.
n
- Confident using hotel systems for reservations, payments, and reporting.
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a guest-first approach.
n
- Knowledge of hotel policies, WH&S; standards, and cashiering procedures.
n
- Ability to work independently overnight while leading and motivating teams across multiple departments during overnight shifts
