We are currently seeking experienced Welders for ongoing opportunities with our client at their manufacturing facility in the Eastern Suburbs.
These are hands-on manufacturing roles producing vehicle accessory products. The successful candidates will work as part of a skilled production team, producing high‑quality components in line with engineering drawings, SOPs and daily production requirements.
Whilst qualifications are not necessary for the role, experience is highly regarded.
- Attractive payrate of $40-48p/h

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate premium vehicle protection products including bull bars, wings, side rails, rear bars, underbody vehicle protection and other components
- Perform MIG, TIG and Pulse welding
- Complete grinding and finishing of fabricated components
- Complete First Offs and Last Offs in accordance with ARB quality procedures
- Read and understand Engineering Drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Meet daily production schedules and production targets
- Carry out general fabrication, assembly and manufacturing duties
- Maintain welding and fabrication equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Ensure fabricated products meet required quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Attend daily toolbox meetings
- Complete general housekeeping duties
Requirements
- MIG, TIG and Pulse welding experience highly regarded
- Experience setting up brake press tools and dies
- Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings and SOPs
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
