About the role

The Associate Clinical Project Manager (based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney) is a key member of Nucleus Network’s Project Management team, supporting the planning, coordination and successful delivery of clinical research studies. Working closely with sponsors, investigators and internal stakeholders, this role is responsible for managing study timelines, monitoring recruitment progress, coordinating project activities and ensuring trials are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance and customer service.

We are seeking candidates with experience in clinical research, clinical trials, CROs, research institutes, healthcare or similarly regulated industries, who can bring strong project coordination,



stakeholder management and operational delivery skills. Experience working within a GCP-regulated environment and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

Manage the planning and delivery of clinical research studies.

Serve as a primary contact for Sponsors and CROs.

Develop and track study timelines, milestones and recruitment progress.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure study success.

Monitor study budgets, risks and project deliverables.

Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocols, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Support audits, inspections, quality activities and CAPA management.

Prepare study documentation, reports and sponsor communications.

Requirements

Experience within clinical research, clinical trials, CROs, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or another highly regulated environment.

Previous experience coordinating or managing clinical research projects or studies.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with sponsors, investigators and cross-functional teams.

Experience managing timelines, risks, deliverables and study activities.

Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations and ethical requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical research systems.
