About the role

n

Join our Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol team as a Registered Nurse, where you will provide safe, patient-centred, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care to consumers experiencing mental health and/or alcohol and other drug-related conditions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with consumers, carers and families to support recovery and deliver an Elevated Human Experience.

In this role, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, advocate for the needs of diverse consumer groups, and contribute to a culturally safe and inclusive healthcare environment. You will also provide leadership and support to Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and Nursing Students, while promoting professional standards, evidence-based practice and continuous quality care.
