As a Room Attendant at The Canvas Apartments Hotel in Melbourne, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public spaces. This casual position is a crucial part of providing an exceptional hospitality experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

- Thoroughly clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and maintaining high standards of presentation
- Attend to public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and communal spaces to keep them tidy and well-presented
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure our facilities remain in excellent condition
- Assist with laundry and linen management as required
- Provide friendly and responsive customer service to guests
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe setting for guests and staff

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role, preferably within the hospitality industry
