About Us:

Devcon Property Services has been established since1993, with our Head Office based on theSunshine Coast. We are expanding into Brookwater and looking for an experiencedProperty Managerto join us.

n

This is asolo Property Manager role, managing a portfolio of approximately60–80 propertiesacross the Logan/Ipswich area.

About You

n

You'll have a currentQLD Real Estate Certificate and Driver's Licence, strong communication skills, a professional attitude and the ability to work independently.

n

PropertyMe experience is essential. Other programs are Inspection Express, Air Table, TAPI.
