Qualifications & experience

n

n
- Have at least 5 years experience as a site manager or project manager
n
- MS office including project
n
- Experience in Basement & Swimming Pool construction
n
- First Aid
n

n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

n
- You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site that is allocated to you.
n
- Provide direction to subcontractors and other trades as well as ensuring quality control of the project.
n
- Generate and drive construction time line program
n




- Provide 'Material take offs' and advise Head office of required material, supply items and trades.
n
- Create scope of works for sub contractors
n
- Review Contractor claims
n
