With over 25 years in the industry, we have a proven track record of technical precision and high-quality finishes. We are seeking an experienced operator to join our team.

The Role:

This position involves the operation of heavy vehicles and earthmoving plant to support the construction and renovation of premium sports surfaces and golf courses. You will be responsible for the safe transport of materials and the precise execution of earthworks, ensuring projects meet the technical specifications required for high-performance turf.

Key Responsibilities:

- Precision operation of excavators, graders, skid steers, and other plant
- Use of GPS and laser systems
- Precise infrastructure installation, including trenching for subsurface drainage and irrigation mainlines
- Conduct rigorous daily pre-starts, greasing,



and machine cleaning
- Read and execute civil drawings ensuring all work aligns with schematics

Required Experience & Skills:

- At least 5 years’ experience in heavy vehicle operation in earthmoving, preferable within the civil construction or sports turf industries
- Proficiency in operating a range of plant and GPS/Laser equipment
- Proven ability to work from site plans and follow technical directions with high precision
- Robust work ethic and flexibility to travel to various project locations as required
- Strict adherence to SWMS and site safety procedures
- Current White Card
