Resolve Recruit is seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to support the technology division of a key Commonwealth Government department.

n

Our client delivers technology and enabling services supporting departmental operations and Australia's broader economic agenda. You will work across a range of complex ICT initiatives, including artificial intelligence and emerging technology, helping translate business and user needs into practical technology outcomes.

n

This prospect will suit experienced Senior Business Analysts who are comfortable working across stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, requirements development and Agile digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Analyse and model current and future business processes and information management environments.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify business needs, opportunities, risks and improvement initiatives.
n
- Analyse data requirements, customer journeys, user pathways and information flows.
n
- Develop business requirements,



process maps, user stories, business cases and functional specifications.
n
- Conduct investigations, technical research and business analysis activities.
n
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
n
- Evaluate solution options and provide strategic recommendations.
n
- Work collaboratively within Agile delivery environments to support successful project outcomes.
n

Key Experience and Skills:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
n
- Strong capability in business process analysis, modelling and requirements elicitation.
n
- Experience creating business requirements, process maps, data models, business scenarios and use cases.
n
- Proven experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
n
- Experience working on complex digital and ICT projects within Agile environments.
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
n
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Cloud and Office technologies will be advantageous.
