Balgownie Beauty is looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our growing team!

We are a results-focused beauty medispa specialising in skin health, advanced treatments and personalised client care. We work with professional skincare brands including Lira Clinical and Prologic Skincare.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident therapist who loves beauty, has a passion for skin and is eager to grow their skin knowledge!

Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating amazing results and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your role will include:

n

- Brows & lashes
n
- Waxing
n
- Manicures & pedicures, including gel polish
n
- Skin treatments
n
- Client consultations & treatment plans
n
- Skincare recommendations
n
- Dermal treatments - microneedling & laser
n
- Providing exceptional customer service
n
- Maintaining high hygiene and clinic standards
n

About You

n

n
- Qualified Beauty or Dermal Therapist – Cert IV, Diploma or equivalent
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience
n
- Confident performing nails, brows, lashes & waxing services
n
- Passionate about skin and results-driven treatments
n
- Confident with client consultations & product recommendations
n
- Skilled, reliable & team-focused
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
