As a Dermal Clinician at Melbourne Skin, you will be responsible for providing personalised skin consultations, treatment plans and corrective treatments tailored to each client's individual skin concerns and goals.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and assessments
- Creating personalised treatment plans and home-care recommendations
- Performing advanced corrective treatments
- Providing chemical peels, skin needling, LED, microdermabrasion and other advanced skin treatments
- Working with medical-grade and professional skincare
- Educating clients on their skin and treatment journey
- Maintaining detailed client records and treatment notes
- Providing an exceptional client experience from consultation through to treatment and follow-up
- Working collaboratively with our clinical and front-of-house team
- Contributing to a positive, professional and results-driven clinic culture

About you

- Holds a Bachelor of Dermal Science or equivalent
- Has previous experience working within a professional skin clinic




- Is confident performing advanced skin treatments
- Has a strong understanding of skin anatomy, conditions and corrective treatments
- Is passionate about skin health and achieving genuine client results
- Has excellent communication and consultation skills
- Is confident recommending qualified skincare and treatment plans
- Takes pride in their presentation, professionalism and attention to detail
- Is reliable, motivated and eager to continue developing their skills
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
