Deakin University is seeking an Helpdesk Officer to join Deakin HELP. Based at Geelong Waterfront or Melbourne Burwood Campus with hybrid work arrangements, you will resolve frontline enquiries across people, finance and systems to ensure timely Tier 1 service delivery.
You will collaborate with the Customer Support team and escalate complex matters to Tier 2 as needed, contributing to the knowledge base and improving self-service for stakeholders.
