Echo Cartons is located in the Bayside suburb of Braeside. We manufacture cardboard boxes and displays.

Due to expansion of the company we require a person with valuable mechanical skills to set and run a variety of machines.

Minimum 4 years of machine operator experience is required for this position.

Candidates must have experience working in the paper packaging industry.

Applicants must be capable of accurately reading a tape measure and have basic knowledge of computers.

Data entry skills and computer literacy are required for this position.

Whilst some machines are computer set other require manual setting with the use of hand tools and tape measures.

An eye for detail and problem solving is essential.

Must be able to work without supervision and capable of meeting daily production targets.

Whilst most of the plant is automated, the successfully candidate must be able to perform Physically Demanding Tasks and lift up to 15kg.

Permanent residency status is required for this role.
