The role

n

As Service Manager,



you will oversee a supported accommodation service, managing team performance, client safety, and operational excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. You will be the key contact for clients, families, and stakeholders, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to live independent, meaningful lives.

Requirements

n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability, Nursing, or related field (AHPRA registration highly regarded)
n
- Minimum five years' experience in mental health and residential support management
n
- Leadership experience managing support staff
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- NSW Driver's License preferred
n
- Current police check and working with children/vulnerable persons checks
