Job Description

Key responsibilities

- Provide administrative and help desk support across the organisation
n
- Manage shared inboxes, phone enquiries and day-to-day requests
n
- Triage requests and coordinate them with the appropriate team or stakeholder
n
- Assist with client escalations, complaints and service requests, ensuring they are accurately recorded and appropriately actioned
n
- Maintain accurate records, notes, attachments and documentation across SKG systems
n
- Assist with work orders, service requests and job administration
n
- Support operational invoicing and job costing processes by checking documentation and data accuracy
n
- Assist with maintaining employee, training, site, asset and compliance records
n
- Support client portals and CRM records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
n
- Assist with operational and management reporting
n

About you

n

n
- Has previous experience in administration, customer service, help desk, coordination or a similar support role
n




- Has excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
n
- Is highly organised and able to prioritise competing requests
n
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Is confident dealing with internal stakeholders, clients and external providers
n
- Can work comfortably across multiple systems and software platforms
n
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows matters through to completion
n
- Has a practical and solutions-focused approach
n
- Is comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
n
- Understands the importance of confidentiality, compliance and accurate record keeping
n
