The Role
n

- Build strong relationships within the local community and generate new business
n
- Run open homes,
prospect and cold call, and follow up with buyers
n
- Coordinate mail-outs and maintain regular communication with clients
n
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other key stakeholders
n
- Coordinate pest and building inspections while delivering outstanding, personalised service
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for a true team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering seamless property experiences. You'll thrive in a quick-paced environment and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. You'll also:

- Bring a resilient, self-motivated and adaptable approach
n
- Be well presented, with robust communication skills and preferably good local market knowledge
n
- Communicate confidently across all levels, both verbally and in writing
n
- Demonstrate a strong ability to build client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
n
- Offer some experience within residential real estate sales
n
- Hold a Certificate of Registration, valid driver's licence and reliable car
n
