A hands-on Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across residential build and renovation sites. You'll be the person trades, clients and the office team rely on to keep things moving.

Site management

- Oversee daily operations across recent build, renovation and extension projects
- Coordinate and schedule trades and subcontractors to keep projects on program
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries to avoid delays
- Maintain accurate site diaries and records

Quality and compliance

- Conduct regular site inspections to check quality of workmanship and progress against plans
- Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA), relevant Australian Standards and Victorian building regulations
- Manage site safety, including inductions, SWMS and compliance with WorkSafe Victoria requirements

Communication and relationships

- Act as the main point of contact on site for clients, trades and subcontractors
- Liaise with building surveyors/certifiers and council to progress inspections and approvals
- Keep the office team informed of progress, delays and issues in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly and proactively to prevent misunderstandings and rewor
