Earn up to $150-200k Per Annum + Company Vehicle

The Plant Mechanic is responsible for carrying out onsite and offsite repairs, diagnostics, servicing, and preventative maintenance on a range of heavy and light vehicles, earthmoving machinery, crushers, screens, fixed plant, and mobile equipment.

As a representative of the company, the Plant Mechanic will identify and report emerging mechanical issues to support safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operation while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Carrying out on and offsite diagnosis, repairs, routine inspection andservicingofequipment and machinery
n
- Completing all required paperwork accurately and effectively
n
- Apply risk management strategies when completing tasks in the work environment.
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Mechanically Trade Qualified
n
- Experience in dealing with diagnosis,



servicing and repairs of CAT, KOMATSU and VOLVO
n
- A strong service background with proven experience
n
- Current Australian MR minimum drivers licence (or able to obtain)
n
- Highly developed communication skills
n
- Self motivated and team orientated
n
- Proven ability to work unsupervised with a track record of working safely
n
- Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical
n
- Light Vehicle mechanical experience is high regarded
n
