Play a key role in the future growth of the successful corporate/commercial group of this leading energetic, growing firm. Working within a successful corporate and commercial team you will add value at the top end by dealing successfully with clients, using your honed legal skills and assisting junior lawyer within the group.

Acting for a mix of clients, including a large and growing stable of clients poached from top and mid-tier firms, you will enjoy a mix of commercial and transactional work.



Depending on your experience you can enjoy sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructures, projects, and other broad commercial contracts and governance work for high-end clients.

This is a unique partner-level (or Special Counsel level) role for a lawyer who may not have a client-base of his or her own. The firm is thriving and you will inherit a full client base, although the firm will make room if you bring work of your own as well. The firm promotes on merit and has become a happy home for lawyers from top-tier and 2nd tier practices looking for an easier and more realistic path to partnership. It has strong incentive schemes and encourages marketing and practice development internally.
