This is more than a reporting and governance role. As a key member of our Transformation team, you'll partner with leaders across the business to help shape portfolio decisions, balance competing priorities, optimise resource capacity, and provide the insights needed to deliver strategic outcomes.

You'll play an important role in ensuring our portfolio of initiatives remains achievable, aligned to business priorities, and positioned to deliver maximum value. About the Role

Reporting to the Head of PMO, you'll support the ongoing development and management of Adica's Transformation portfolio, helping leaders make informed investment and prioritisation decisions across strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with Strategy, Change and business stakeholders to assess portfolio demand, understand organisational capacity, track perks realisation, and provide visibility of delivery performance.

- Supporting enterprise portfolio planning, prioritisation and roadmap management.
- Partnering with Strategy and Change teams to assess, evaluate and prioritise new initiatives entering the portfolio.
- Analysing portfolio demand, delivery capacity and workforce capability to support investment and resourcing decisions.
- Supporting resource management, workforce planning, capacity forecasting and skills planning across the portfolio.
- Identifying dependencies, resource constraints, delivery risks and change saturation impacts that may affect successful delivery.
- Supporting portfolio forecasting, scenario modelling and initiative sequencing to optimise outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining portfolio reporting, dashboards and executive insights.
- Tracking, measuring and reporting on benefits realisation and strategic outcomes across key initiatives.




- Providing analysis, recommendations and advisory support to inform portfolio investment and prioritisation decisions.
- Supporting portfolio governance forums and delivery assurance activities.
- Driving continuous improvement of portfolio management frameworks, reporting and processes.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, delivery and business performance, with a natural ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in a Portfolio Management Office (PMO), Portfolio Management, Project Governance, Business Analysis or Transformation environment.
- Experience supporting portfolio planning, prioritisation, forecasting or investment decision-making activities.
- Knowledge of resource management, workforce planning, capacity management or demand forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing reporting, dashboards and insights for leaders and stakeholders.
- Exposure to benefits realisation, business case evaluation or portfolio performance reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective relationships across a broad range of business areas.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with data.
- Exposure to Power BI, Jira, Confluence or portfolio management tools will be highly regarded.
