THE ROLE.

The role is a dual Strata Manager/Building Manager (Sutherland Shire/St George Locations)

The role is hybrid 2-3 days on site/ 2-3 days from home and 1 day in the office in South Sydney area.

Managing a well-oiled portfolio of approximately 4 buildings with the fantastic support of an experienced Team beside you, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants a portfolio which is low fuss, and conditioned buildings

- Strata Master & FileSmart, Strata Connect
- Insurance admin & compliance manager to support

THE PERKS.

- Salary $100,000 to $125,000 + Superannuation + Car Allowance $10,000 (higher end if strata experience lower end if only building management exp)
- Schedule B’s $15,000 - $25,000 per annum
- Work from home: Post-probation, 2-3 days

THE PERSON.

- Demonstrated experience and success as a Building Manager Strata Manager, Assistant Strata Manager, Junior Strata Manager
- Class 2 License in Strata Management or currently undertaking
- Drivers License and Car
- Robust knowledge in the Strata & Building legislation
- Enjoy building relationships and take a consultative approach with your clients.
