We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our industrial construction team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates for large-scale industrial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Review project blueprints, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare detailed material, labour, and equipment take-offs.
- Source and evaluate competitive quotes from suppliers.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers during bids.
About you
- Minimum 3-5 years of electrical estimating experience in large settings.
- Robust knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control wiring.
- Proficiency with estimating software.
- Relevant trade qualification or a degree in Electrical Engineering / Construction Management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
