HIGHR HEALTH
Albion
Want to help launch the next big name in premium B2C health and make your name doing it?
We’re HIGHR Health, a premium digital health clinic specialising in performance, proactive and longevity medicine for men.
We bring together diagnostics, personalised telehealth, emerging treatments, technology and premium service. Our mission is to build a better way to better health, helping men regain their edge, optimise their health and live fuller, more meaningful lives.
After an extended build phase, we’re moving through Alpha testing and preparing for public launch. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing and Growth Manager to bring our marketing to life, grow our patient base and progressively build the team around them.
You’ll combine strong brand and messaging judgement with a practical understanding of what makes digital marketing convert. You’ll care about how HIGHR looks and feels, how effectively it connects with our customer, and the commercial results it delivers.
About the role
HIGHR is a marketing-led company - there are no ‘colouring-in department’ vibes here. We believe exceptional marketing is central to building an exceptional business. You’ll have a meaningful voice, clear accountability and the support to do work you’re proud of.
We’re also founder-led. You’ll work closely with our founder to shape the strategy, bringing your experience, ideas and considered challenge alongside the company vision and brand direction. Once priorities and alignment achieved, you’ll have the autonomy to make day-to-day marketing decisions, lead delivery and improve the approach as results come in.
Your opportunity is to build and lead an exceptional in-house marketing department: turning commercial outcomes into clear plans, effective systems and a team that delivers. We’re looking for someone who brings the organisation, judgement and follow-through to make great marketing happen consistently, keeping our founder close to the strategy without making him the bottleneck in execution.
For the first 90 days, you’ll personally deliver a substantial share of the marketing. That means writing copy, building and sending emails, publishing content, updating landing pages and taking campaigns from idea to live. Upon launch, you’ll help recruit and manage the people needed to expand our in house marketing department, with that transition guided by workload, priorities, performance and budget.
Our initial focus is activating our existing audience through organic social and email, supported by explicit customer journeys and conversion funnels. Alongside this, you’ll help develop and test direct-response style paid campaigns, managing & fuelling world class media buyers with fresh creative across our chosen channels to find our competitive market fit.
Specialists can support deeper channel execution. You’ll remain accountable for the quality of briefs,
the customer journey and the resultant commercial performance. This truly is an opportunity to go all in on a company prepared to go all in on you- our ideal is for this role to lead you to CMO as the business scales and your results demonstrate readiness.
We are launching a bold, ambitious brand aiming at becoming the most trusted brand in Australian men’s health within 3 years.
What you’ll own
Working directly with our founder to develop strategy across all channels before turning it into an executable plan and operational department.
Performance marketing and conversion: Develop campaigns across digital ads, landing pages and follow-up. Work with paid media specialists to test audiences, creative, offers and messaging, then use the results to improve acquisition efficiency and patient conversion. Your magic lies in being able to bring outcomes to life via strategy and implementation.
Copy and messaging: You can identify compelling & on brand copy. Write strong first drafts for emails, ads, social posts and landing pages. Understand our customer’s motivations and objections, make the value clear and maintain HIGHR’s voice across every touchpoint.
Organic social and content: Turn our expertise and ideas into consistent, on-brand content that builds trust and demand, bringing in creators and production support as needed.
Email and lifecycle marketing: Activate our database, nurture enquiries and improve conversion, onboarding and retention through relevant, well-timed communication.
Commercial reporting: Track the measures that matter, including acquisition costs, cost per booking, conversion rates and retention. Explain what’s driving results, identify where the journey is losing people and act on what you learn.
Planning and team development: Turn priorities into an achievable marketing calendar, manage budgets and delivery, and progressively recruit, brief and develop the right people and specialist partners.
Brand quality and compliance: Maintain a premium standard across creative and customer experience, with the required clinical and compliance approvals built into delivery.
To be clear- we aren’t expecting a marketing ‘unicorn’ to do all of this alone forever. The successful candidate will support us to our public launch within their first 90 days before progressively hand picking the ultimate team to institute around them; ensuring every hire serves both a strategic purpose and keeps everyone in their own ‘zone of genius’.
You’ll be a great fit if you
Can turn brand spirit and commercial aspirations into an exceptionally organised marketing department, with the systems, people and accountability to deliver.
Understand direct-response advertising, creative testing, conversion funnels and acquisition economics. You know enough to not be BS’d by specialist consultants or agencies.
Have strong creative judgement. You recognise what makes a premium consumer brand compelling and can translate this into tangible assets, creative and direction.
Are comfortable on the tools across several relevant channels and can confidently brief and assess specialists outside your strongest areas.
Are exceptionally organised and proactive. You make sensible decisions, manage competing priorities and follow through without being chased.
Have experience managing people, agencies or freelancers, with clear expectations for quality, budgets and results.
Are AI-literate and willing to leverage AI heavily to supercharge your role without losing your human eye and intuition.
Are ambitious, energetic and comfortable with the pace of an early-stage business. You want to build a respected marketing function and grow with it.
Experience in health-tech, wellness or luxury/premium B2C businesses is valuable. HubSpot experience is useful, but the ability to understand our brand and turn strategy into effective marketing systems matters more than a particular platform or industry experience on your CV.

Your founder and executive team
You may not find much online about HIGHR yet. This is because we have been deliberately in stealth mode, focussed on our imminent launch.
Our founder has built and run multiple businesses in the health, fitness and wellness space. Senior leadership has operated at C-suite level inside some of Australia's most successful privately owned and ASX-listed businesses. We are backed by some of the most respected entrepreneurs in the country and are building HIGHR as the next major step in our collective careers.
We look forward to meeting you, sharing our story, hearing yours and exploring whether this is the right fit.
