About you

n

You'll be appropriately qualified and registered for your profession, with solid clinical and communication skills and an interest in community-based care.

n

Experience in community health, aged care, Support at Home, disability or NDIS will be highly regarded.

n

Whether you have one or two days available or capacity to take on a larger caseload, we'd love to hear from you.
