The Principal Project Manager will work in a cooperative and innovative team focused on delivering the redevelopment of Homes Victoria high-rise tower sites in accordance with the Government's Housing Statement.

The Principal Project Managers will provide pro-active and authoritative project management leadership, oversee and manage consultancies and contractors involved in design, documentation and project delivery and work with key stakeholders including Councils and authorities to progress the projects. This includes coordinating procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, construction contract administration, stakeholder management, reporting and risk and issues management.
