OHS/HSE Manager – Full relocation to Central Coast NSW

Salt is partnering with a globally recognised FMCG manufacturing leader committed to quality, sustainability and employee wellbeing.

We are looking for an experienced OHS/HSE Manager to lead the site's safety, health and environmental strategy, drive compliance and embed a strong culture of continuous improvement.

n

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will lead the site's SHE strategy, objects and initiatives by:

n

- Ensuring compliance with legislation, company standards and industry requirements
n
- Drive risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and corrective actions
n
- Monitor and report on SHE performance and identify opportunities for improvement
n
- Coach and influence leaders to embed safety as a core business responsibility
n
- Build robust relationships with regulators, industry partners and internal stakeholders
n
- Champion Behavioural-Based Safety and safety culture
n

About You!

n

n
- Proven OHS/HSE experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
n
- Strong knowledge of WHS management systems,



risk assessment and incident investigation
n
- Knowledge of relevant Australian WHS and environmental legislation
n
- Formal qualifications in OH&S;, WHS or Environmental Management
n
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to influence at all levels
n
