The Department Of Justice seeks a Solicitor to provide legal advice across OPA, focusing on guardianship, medical decisions and human rights. You will support the Public Advocate and staff in sound legal decisions and manage wide-ranging files.

In this full-time, Melbourne-based role you will appear in routine VCAT and court matters, prepare submissions and reports, and contribute to an environment that protects rights, dignity and autonomy for Victorians with disability.
